Does the email really look anonymous?
Absolutely. The easiest way to check is to send a Eskiimo to yourself! Send one right now and see how it really looks.
Is a Eskiimo traceable?
Sort of. Nothing on the internet is really anonymous. If you do something that you really shouldn’t, there are probably going to be ways and means of finding you. So be good, and use it for mischief, not malice.
Will it always work?
Almost always. But some mail servers are more strict than others, and do check to get around this sort of thing. In this case, you’ll need to find a more sophisticated way to say what you don’t dare say!
How is Eskiimo designed to keep Eskiimo anonymous?
We designed Eskiimo to try to prevent other users from figuring out who posted a particular Eskiimo. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent you from leaving elements that people may recognize.
Does the Eskiimo team know who send what?
We don’t have your email address nor identity. However, it is necessary for our system and the security of everyone to maintain a link between the Eskiimo’s you create and your IP address. This IP address will never be communicated except in the very rare occasion of legal matters.
What if I see something inappropriate?
If you see something you think is inappropriate, we invite you to forward us the Eskiimo at notifications@eskiimo.com If you want to stop receiving emails from notification@eskiimo.com, just click the link at the bottom of one of the notifications@eskiimo.com you already received.
I blocked emails from Eskiimo and I’d like to unblock.
Can I contribute to this project?
Eskiimo is kind of an open project, and we’re always looking for the best talent to grow our community. If you are a designer, developer, investor, entrepreneur, growth hacker, business developer, product manager, … and would like to contribute to the community by bringing in ideas /talent, send an email at notifications@eskiimo.com
Who made this?
This project started with this website that I built to send anonymous emails to my co-workers, because they chew too loud!
